Fairhaven Ministries is happy to announce the appointment of Sheldon Schmidt as its new Executive Director. A seasoned and faithful leader, Sheldon brings to this role a blend of organizational expertise, global mission experience, and executive-level leadership.
With over three decades of experience guiding teams and initiatives across both corporate and nonprofit sectors, Sheldon brings a rare blend of strategic acumen and servant-hearted vision. His career has demonstrated that he combines operational excellence with a deeply relational leadership style—one grounded in a genuine desire to see others flourish. Sheldon’s experience and abilities are well-aligned with Fairhaven’s mission to provide a sacred space for spiritual, emotional, and physical renewal.
