Nestled amidst the cedars of Silver Star Mountain, the Fairhaven campus is situated on 167 acres overlooking the North Okanagan valley near Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.
The main lodge consists of a Gathering Room suitable for up to 28 people, a modest library for quiet reading and reflection, a lounge area where guests can gather around a natural gas fireplace, a coffee bar, an exercise area with treadmills and ellipticals, a pool table, guest laundry, and the Fairhaven administrative offices.
Our site includes 3 kms of trails spanning creeks and forested sections of the Fairhaven property. Included on the tails are spaces for quiet reflection along the way.
With the exception of documented guide and assistance dogs, guest pets are not allowed.
Our current accommodation for retreating guests consists of 6 individual self-contained cottages. Each cottage is approx. 1,000 square feet in size and will sleep a family of up to 6 members. The one exception to this is the Hermitage Cottage, designed with a couple or an individual in mind.
All linens are provided and the kitchens are fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking and eating. You need only to bring your food and personal items. On those occasions when eating out is preferred, we are just 12kms from Vernon which hosts an eclectic variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries.
In addition to the cottages, seasonal RV sites are available for those who wish to provide their personal retreat accommodation.
